Full of ache

Got rear-ended by a transport today.  I'm sore, achey and likely mildly whiplashed.

Not the good kind of pain.

Car - is....questionable.

'nuff said.

Company last night would have been welcome, but I just wasn't able to call anyone.

I'm feeling less shaken this morning...and have ab muscles like you would not believe....

I intend to approach the neighbour to get Kat to school, then my co=worker is coming to take mt to the walk-in clinic.
