In need of a driver

I have a standard. I am hoping to get to Hamilton to talk to my Dr.***By 3pm today*** regarding this shoulder. I need a letter or something for work.

I'm fairly certain that driving is part of what is aggravating it. Certainly it is worse everytime I do any driving the previous day.

If anyone has a free day, drives stick in the snow and wants to hang with me, or wants to drive me and I'll be the willing passenger!!!!! Please let me know. I have to be there for 3pm.

Dr. gave me anti-inflammatories & muscle relaxants. Said keep going to chiro & massage and see her in 3 weeks. If no change, she'll refer me for phsyio.

Chiro says ICE ICE ICE while he's on vacation this week.

Wonder if I can get the boss to let me work from home where I have my icepack handy???
