Getting out of the house

for a realtor to come through can get annoying.  Especially when they are ROUTINELY 1/2 earlier than they are supposed to me...

Took Katina over to a new park today.  There's a climbing structure there that I wanted to check out with her.  It's this big Metal Diamond but the inside "monkey bars" are actually ropes.  She climbed and climbed and climbed and maintained 3 points of contact pretty much all the time.

She went as high as she could in bare feet and naked hands and said "this is my gymnastics".  It was SO cool to watch her go.  Absolutely fearless.  We'll go back there again.

I feel ya on the realtor thing. We've only had one come early once, but we've had several calls where they were due to arrive in 15 minutes. I got snippy with one, telling her we were in the middle of dinner and she'd have to wait at least 45 minutes so we could eat and clean the kitchen....and in the future at least 30 minutes notice would be a good thing.

No calls today though. I think they're taking the holiday off.

We only had the one today...and one booked for tomorrow am.

It's helped that we've limited the showings to predominantly Tues & Thurs. Or with a call ahead for confirmation.

i miss the monkey bars. that playground, honestly, sounds kind of fun. even though i'm probably too big to fit in it. too bad about the realtors. when i lived in the house they promised 24 hrs notice but never gave it. sometimes when i came home they had either just arrived or were still poking around. pain in the ass. it will be sold soon. patience...
