I'm starting to think going to Japan to teach English as a Second Language would be a good thing.
Joe got his official notice about his hours changing today.  That means less income (he's reactivitaing his EI claim) but more time with him home, so I can step up MY job search without Katina.  BAH... will the stress never cease...
Seriously, I know so many people who have gone to Japan to make some money and pay down some debt, it's starting to feel like a good idea.  It would certainly be great for Katina to learn another language... LOL...maybe FGI would hire me as a foreign correspondant!! LOL....

What a neat opportunity that would be! If you have another plan in mind, that is often the time when the ideal job drops into your lap. I hope it all works out for you soon and that you don't have to give up your classes!

Yup

Remember that song "I think that God has a sick sense of humour"
The story of my LIFE right now... LOL

Kevin (Etienne)'s girlfriend Julie is in Japan right now teaching ESL. She's been there since June and will be coming back either in december or next june, depending on whether she sticks it out for the year or only 6 months. She loves it there but is very lonely and homesick.
