Apparantly there's been a few sales in that building recently....most likely due to the increase in condo fees, talked to a few residents...one is only paying just over 400... They are starting to save up cash and are slowly increasing fees, because the know that the central forced air units will need to be replaced over hte next 5 years.
I suspect this condo fee is the top of the end where they are headed with other people's fees.
